Welcome to SecretMatch, a service offered by SecretMatch LLC, registered in the USA at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using our app, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

  1. User Registration

    To use Closer, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and understand that users under the age of 18 are not permitted.

  2. Paid Features

    SecretMatch offers paid features, including the purchase of requests to interact with other users. Any payments made for these features are final and non-refundable, except in cases of accidental purchases, where an investigation will be conducted by SecretMatch and its partners to determine if a refund is warranted.

  3. User Content

    Users may upload content such as photos, orientation, and other personal details to create profiles. These profiles will be visible to other users in the same location. SecretMatch is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content.

  4. Data Collection and Privacy

    We collect the following data: Gender, Sexual orientation, Photos, Location; We take privacy seriously. For more details on how we handle your data, please visit our Privacy Policy.

  5. Third-Party Services

    SecretMatch integrates with third-party services for enhanced functionality, including:

    • AWS

    • Stripe

    • PayPal

    • Google Analytics

    • Sentry

    • Ably

    • Google Cloud Messaging (GCM)

    • Apple Push Notifications

    These services are subject to their respective terms and conditions, and you agree to their policies by using SecretMatch.

  6. Prohibited Conduct

    Users agree not to engage in any of the following behaviours:

    • Harassment, stalking, or intimidation of other users.

    • Uploading inappropriate or offensive content.

    • Creating fake profiles.

    • Any illegal activity as per U.S. law.

    SecretMatch reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms, without explanation.

  7. Dispute Resolution

    SecretMatch does not engage in direct dispute resolution between users. However, users can report other users via the app. SecretMatch will review and take appropriate actions based on the reports.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    SecretMatch LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from:

    • Use of the app.

    • Interactions between users, including physical meetups.

    • The performance or failure of third-party services.

    • In no event will SecretMatch be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

  9. Termination

    SecretMatch reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violating these terms or for any behaviour that SecretMatch deems inappropriate. Termination may result in the loss of access to all features, including paid services, without a refund.

  10. Refund Policy for Paid Features

    Refunds for paid features will only be considered in cases of accidental purchases. SecretMatch and its partners will investigate the circumstances to determine if a refund is applicable. Refunds are not guaranteed.

  11. Notifications

    SecretMatch will provide notifications regarding updates to these Terms and Conditions via our website and through push notifications on the app.
